The material is an incredibly soft and stretchy cotton, with two layers of fabric which make up the nursing panels and shelf bra in the bust for discrete breastfeeding. I love how the tulip style hemline and the length is just right. It can be worn casually with jeans, but is nice enough for an evening out with a skirt too.
I really really like this top, I might even say it is my favorite... but I did come across a few sizing issues. I only have B-Cups, and since I needed a size large I had to tie the neck strap pretty tight in order to be covered. I'm not complaining because they do mention on their site that their clothing is one size larger in the bust, but wanted to mention it.
