{Halloween Birthday Bash} Halloween ChicoBag

In my last ChicoBag Review, I mentioned their new Halloween bags and when I was given the chance to review one I jumped on it! Once it arrived in the mail I was surprised to see that it is much bigger than I had assumed it was based off of their photos. At 18" x 14.5" it is big enough to hold quite a few goodies!

My daughter has used the small pumpkin shaped bags that you can get from stores for the past few years, but now that she is older and willing to do more walking around it was time to get her a bigger bag so she will be happy to be able to use this one. With the two large handles, she will be able to easily carry the bag over her shoulder or in her hands.

Children in the US can submit their own designs for the 2010 Halloween Bag design contest and you can purchase your own Halloween ChicoBag online for only $5.99. You can also check out their store locator to find your local retailers. There are 3 different pouch designs available, and I love that it folds up so small that you can easily fit it into your pocket or purse. Like the larger bag that I reviewed, it also includes a clip so you can attach it to whatever you would like when it is folded. It can be machine washed in cold, and hung to dry.

Trick or treaters can now put the "eek" into their eco-friendly celebration by toting ChicoBag's™ 2010 reusable Trick-or-Treat bag. ChicoBag™ realized there was no one better to create our annual Halloween bag design than the user. We decided to hold a contest for the best green-spirited Halloween design and invited students nationwide to participate. This year's design was inspired by Gracie Gralike and is available with two different pouch options; a bat pouch or a pumpkin pouch. In addition to last year's winning design, there is also a Jack-o-Lantern design printed on an orange bag. All three designs are featured on our Original ChicoBag™ brand reusable bag, providing trick-or-treaters plenty of room for their goodies!

The
ChicoBag™ design contest is co-sponsored by Green Halloween®, a grassroots movement that is helping families and communities nationwide start new, healthier holiday traditions. Submissions are being taken until October 31, 2010.

What's even sweeter? 10% of the sale of each bag will be contributed to Green Halloween®, the organization making Green Halloween (and other great initiatives) possible!

I like that they pick designs from kids!
