As she begins her journey along the Way of the Warrior, she becomes entangled in the Third Great War, and learns the meaning of both friendship and betrayal.
My review:
I gave this book to my husband to review, and though he did read it in full and said it was a very well written fantasy with plenty of detail he found himself disappointed when he got to the end. Other than that he did say it was a great book that any fantasy lover, young or old should throughly enjoy. The story follows the upbringing of a teenage girl, and goes into great depth about the upcoming Third Great War, the world Aessyra, and a prophesy of evil. The story is full of exciting twists and turns, which built his interest more and more as he read on - but then it ends, without any closure as to what happens to some of the characters or with the war. Is there a second book in the works? I hope so!

Sounds interesting. I love a good novel. I'm not usually drawn to fantasy but if their well written they can be enjoyable. I'm sure there will be a sequel.
